WASP teaches you how to defend yourself by building on your body’s natural reactions to being attacked and giving you the tools – and the strength – to disarm and defeat your opponents. As you train, you’ll build stamina and hone your reflexes until you are a fighting machine.
Defend Yourself in Any Situation
We will cover verbalization techniques and how to best conduct risk and threat assessments understanding the 10-5-2 Foot Rule, how to read important indicators during the initial interaction and improve their 360’ Degree Awareness, skills needed to face their attacker with confidence and courage and most importantly with a PLAN! We understand that women do not have the same physical strength or build as their attacker(s), we will teach our students methods that are field tested and proven to work. We will address how to use your environment, hands, feet and other weapons that are readily available to you and how to best work within their own physical limitations and so much more!
We dont teach you just how to fight
We want to avoid it at all costs if possible first, then we will teach you how to deal with the actual confrontation, then we will teach you how to deal with the aftermath in court. This is a 8 week program where you only have to commit to 2 days a week 45 minutes a time. Come see why a one day class will not do anything but give you a false sense of security. All women ages 13+ are encouraged to attend.

This program is presented in an “Emotionally Safe – “Performance Driven Instruction,” tailored to teaching females with or without a combat background in field proven strategies and tactics for women of all ages in personal awareness and survival strategies needed in today’s society.
